Wallander (2005 -) is a Swedish television series adapted from Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander novel, starring Krister Henriksson in the title role.

In the episode Saknaden a teenage girl is found dismembered, Wallander has to enter the world of human trafficking in order to find his killer. However due to his memory loss, Wallander is not the one in charge; instead, it’s detective Martinsson who takes the lead, and the two butt heads over who the culprit is.
