Dakota Fanning will star in Academy Award-winning director Janusz Kaminski’s upcoming thriller The Postcard Killings, the movie based on Liza Marklund and James Patterson’s novel Postcard Killers. The screenplay is written by Liza Marklund, Tove Alsterdal and Andrew Stern and it centers on a New Yorker as his life is thrown into turmoil when he learns that his newly married daughter has been brutally murdered. As he digs into the case, similar crimes are reported across Europe with each killing accompanied by a postcard sent to a local journalist. As he follows the trail of clues, a young reporter — played by Fanning — receives the next postcard.

Bestselling author Jørn Lier Horst’s award-winning series about Police Inspector William Wisting is to be made into a TV series. The dramatization is a collaboration between Good Company Films and Cinenord, who will together create a six to ten episode series for an international audience. The William Wisting TV series is set to start shooting in the autumn of 2017.

The theatrical adaptation of Kaspar Colling Nielsen’s The Danish Civil War 2018-2024 is all set for its world premiere this September. An imaginative contemporary comedy about what can happen when democracy crumbles and humanity loses its faith in love and fellowship, the adaptation of Colling Nielsen’s bestselling title will play at Copenhagen’s Nørrebro Teater between September 10th and October 22nd.
