Kristina Ohlsson is the winner of 2017’s Crimetime Specsavers Award in the category ‘Children’s Crime Fiction of the Year’. Ohlsson won the award for her two books Zombie Fever and The Werewolf’s Secret, and was lauded by the jury as one of Sweden’s great masters of suspense.

Jo Nesbø has been announced as the winner of the Nordic Noir Thriller of the Year Award for The Thirst.
“His outstanding series featuring Detective Inspector Harry Hole has secured Jo Nesbø the undisputed position of Scandinavia’s leading crime writer.” says Carina Nunstedt, head of Sweden’s Crimetime Gotland, the organization behind the award.

Universal Pictures and Working Title Films have released the first trailer for The Snowman, starring Michael Fassbender (X-Men series), Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation) and Charlotte Gainsbourg (Independence Day: Resurgence). The film is directed by Tomas Alfredson (Let the Right One In, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), based on Jo Nesbø’s global bestseller, The Snowman.
