Follows various people who have used surrogacy agencies in Sweden to “buy” children from abroad. A father gets stuck abroad and fears that the surrogacy agency won’t help him when the child is so seriously ill that it’s impossible to return home. A couple in their 70s have their children taken away by social services because they are not considered capable of taking care of the children. A doctor’s family brings a baby girl for him even though it has just been discovered that he is suspected and convicted of an unimaginable number of sexual assaults against small children. How could all of this happen?
