    Marietta von Hausswolff von Baumgarten (b. 1962) is an internationally renowned screenwriter and script consultant known for the celebrated feature film Call Girl (2012), directed by Mikael Marcimain. Call Girl premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, where it was awarded with the 2012 Fipresci Award and then went on to receive 11 Guldbagge nominations at the 2012 Official Swedish Film Awards, there among in the category ‘Best Script’. Marietta has a background within television, both as a story editor and as a screenwriter, writing for popular TV series such as Skilda Världar (1996-1999), Tre Kronor (1994-1999), as well as SVT’s Christmas calendar Allrams Höjdarpaket (2004).

    Marietta von Hausswolff von Baumgarten has consulted on award winning films such as Svinalängorna (2010), directed by Pernilla August, The Babadook (2014) directed by Jennifer Kent, and Mediterranea (2015) by Jonas Carpignano, to name just a few.
